Q: nicely designed, custom domain experience confusing
Hello, just jumped on the deal.
Noticed a few things:
1. Email invites to team members didnt send out -- had to click "resend" -- is this a bug?
2. The whitelabel domain is a bit confusing -- not the instructions of it -- but what to expect after -- https://share.zight.com/5zuE1N5d
but either way we get no SSL and a 404 page.
3. There's no way to "contact support" -- I couldn;t find a support email either, what is it?

#1 Does not sound right, we'll look into this (hasn't been reported yet).
#2 Your domain was successfully added yesterday (and works). You may have received the "success" email too soon as the last part is queued and sometimes takes a little longer but the email is sent at the beginning of the queued process.
#3 There is a question mark icon at the bottom of each page. Click that to enable to support widget.

General feedback: you have a great knack for design, and simplicity, these are great skills -- however one thing i would warn you about is while having a clean look, it may not be intuitive, like for someone who has never used your website or apps, to scroll to they very bottom, to enable a widget, to contact support. 2. Yes it was, thank you! I would say that for best practice, good to show a notification that "it usually takes 24 hours for the custom domain and SSL to generate"
