Q: Plan Updates and tinydub.com questions
Congrats on the great work BTW! Here are two questions:
1. Which plan is included in the "All future FeatureShift Plan updates", Starter or Business?
2. We are interested in tinydub.com to enhance our eniston Knowledge Bases. Will I need featureshift.com as well, or will tinydub + eniston include all of the following features?
- Search Knowledgebase,
- Ask a question,
- Report an issue,
- View changelog,
- Request a feature,
- Roadmap***.

1) It's the Business plan.
2) Those links you see in the examples are external links. tinydub will allow you to index your eniston (and other) articles and make them searchable, it does not feature a changelog, or roadmap. It features a contact form that can be used for "ask a question", "report an issue" or "request a feature". For the "request a feature", you could link to your FeatureShift base, or any other service you'd want to use for that.
In a future update we will likely implement a direct FeatureShift integration into tinydub to request a feature.
Also, tinydub will likely not be available on AppSumo, if you were wondering.
