The right answer would be:
1. Create 2 additional Test-Workspaces, so that you have 3
2. Click to "Add additional workspace" again
3. Now, you can choose how many additional workspaces you need

Sorry for not giving a complete answer before. I assumed you ran out of workspaces already, hence asking how to get more.
