Please consider adding these to the short-term roadmap:
1) Roadmap view
2) Changelog
3) Knowledge base
4) API and Webhooks Support.
5) SSO Integration (at least Google + 1 more like FB or Microsoft).
If added, I believe these features will allow your product to gain so much more traction as it will provide what every product/business requires in terms of feedback management, feature requests, and product planning

Q: The backend is buggy, laggy and inspires little trust to use in a production environment.
Need to refresh pages to see config settings updated, some settings are not saved at all...
(On Chrome, latest.)
