Q: Hey Pietro, a few more things, before I can consider to stack full: 1) I saw that many, pretty relevant, ...
user ideas with actually even many votes, are in progress for several months - not just 1 or 2 months, some even for years. e.g. login with discord (9months) or Show latest activity, recent ideas, upvotes and comments (2 years)
Not saying there wasn't any updates you released but is this under active development & is this your main business? How relevant are user votes to yourself?
2. Navigating back from an item creates jumps. Its so confusing that I even can't explain it properly. I am not confident if you mixed some routers in the backend code, if the incredible slow load times cause the issue or something else. It is a lot less an issue on an incognito window though and. not being logged in. (Simply put: Sort from trend to "recent", click an item, click "back" button or swipe back: in 3 of 5 cases I end on a different page than the page I came from.
3. When entering a new idea and a similar post appears, it'll be great to show that/those similar posts more expanded (or popup on hover) to avoid a user clicks on it, navigates away from the form where he was about to create an entry, and because of that, loses what he already typed. Especially, as navigating back, again, creates jumps and takes the user elsewhere. I would not waste my time to "hunt" a form just to provide feedback and remain unheard / might be getting frustrated about a product and start searching for alternatives = you annoy my customers rather helping me. (bad terminology but you get the point). Any chance to improve that?
4. frill.co implemented "topics" to avoid so many boards. did you had a look to check whether you might go that route too? (I am aware of "Tags" but that's something different since only visible to admins)

Thank you for your message
1) We use "Planned" to let customers know an idea or request will be implemented, but it doesn't really imply when. We have an extensive backlog of ideas and a roadmap which is prioritized by many factors, including customer upvotes of course. You can review our Updates tab to see what we've recently released. The product is in active development and we're very busy improving it all the time. We ship something every week, sometimes just small improvements and bug fixes.
2) and 3) We're working on improvements for our list and post user experience which will solve these!
4) We think boards provide a lot more context and help split requests that have different meaning in a way that tags don't allow. Several customers, for example, use different boards for different products. Others will split feature requests from requests for translations into different languages or integrations. Providing more context helps getting better input. Using tags also means everything is by default shown together, which in many cases is not ideal.
