Product Roadmap is a builder for customer satisfactions. Integrated feedbacks can only make product better. Concept is clear, many usecases available on their website. We used it for improving recruiting process in our job board website.

We found Feedbear intuitive to use, packed with all the features, a clear must have. An articular feature we loved is the possibility to have individual product feedbacks.
For use it was easier to find out which areas require improvements and the desirability for enhanced user experience.

From a contributor user experience, the interface is clean and super friendly to work with. Strongly recommend.

Just starting out with the product and I had issues - not huge, but issues. Support was 5 star in getting it sorted out. I am still learning about the capabilities of the software, but I see so many great uses for it.

I misspelled my email during registration and lost access to the app. But I was saved by the friendly support via email. Support through chat doesn't work, though.

Let's talk about the speed. Configuring my own domain was never easy with my previous choice of tool. But it happened in seconds with feedbear. I liked the way the tool makes my customer comfortable in posting the feature request. I am sure my customers will also enjoy this tool. Custom CSS is another thing I liked with feedbear. In few minutes, I applied my brand colors in the header. I am sure I will never need any alternative.

Not every app is ready for prime time as a menu link on your website.

FeedBear is.

I like the way the Admin interface is integrated into the end user interface.
And the way the devs have managed to follow "K.I.S.S." as the product matures.

I offer an online course and the "Suggestion Box" will be a differentiator!
