Product Roadmap is a builder for customer satisfactions. Integrated feedbacks can only make product better. Concept is clear, many usecases available on their website. We used it for improving recruiting process in our job board website.

We found Feedbear intuitive to use, packed with all the features, a clear must have. An articular feature we loved is the possibility to have individual product feedbacks.
For use it was easier to find out which areas require improvements and the desirability for enhanced user experience.
