I have used many Feedback platform: productstash, productboard, etc.. And I just need a simple solution can help me collect from the user and notify them if product update the new features from their feedback.
Then I met Feedbear - is one of the simplest solutions and help me as Product manager collect all feedback and easy to keep track them. Kudo team!
Pros: Easy to use, easy to implement and embedded in my product
Cons: Still need time to add some features - such as users can track their feedback...
