some frustrating bugs here and there, ie: while trying to send over a drip email campaign to the same email list as the one downloaded for a newsletter, so you end up downloading a list several times for different sections.
other bugs whilst trying to save a crafted template, asking to review the links several times even when they were placed correctly.
gives errors when it shouldn't.
RSS feed that doesn't capture pictures and sends ugly, spammy-looking emails if left alone.
cant resend to the people that haven't opened emails, it just doesnt send to anyone.
ui is way too outdated and hard to navigate, needs clarity and be straightforward, too much fluff, time to invest in all these little things.
cant remove Blitz's business details in the footer in emails - that's only agencies apparently - which made the emails look bad.
otherwise the good are that the analysis you can get from it is good. the staff is responsive and always willing to help. and the owner is involved and responds too.

Sorry you didn't have a great experience - I couldn't readily track down your cases in our ticketing system to see what did or did not work, as we kick ass at RSS emails.
Yes, the footer - with a teeny little FeedBlitz as text in it - isn't customizable at this level, that's so that your privacy is protected. No need to share where you live, nor pay for a PO Box.
I do thank you for trying, and for some people "fluff" is the price paid for some of the power inherent in the app. I wish the balance had been better for you of course, and if you'd like to send concrete suggestions as to where you found it challenging I'll personally review them.
