Customer Service Is Personable
I sent my first newsletter with FeedBlitz this week and it went off without a hitch. I'm not super techie, so simpler, idiot-proof is better for me and this was easy enough.
The customer service emailed me twice to check in before my first log-in to the platform and then after to see if I needed anything. I liked that. It feels more personal than MailChimp.
