Good solid offering
Before this offer I don't think I had heard of FeedBlitz before. When established companies come to AppSumo, I pay attention, because they have proven themselves over time. Of course, like most Sumolings, I also wonder why they are on AppSumo when they are already established, but that question was answered in the Questions section on this page.
After checking out many of their pages (they have SO MUCH information on their website you could get lost reading for hours - a good thing!) I was curious to see if I was subscribed to any lists that were using FeedBlitz. And yes, there are a few lists I am on that use it (I guess I don't pay that much attention to the autoresponders people use, lol).
As for my rating, I was really torn on whether to give four or five stars.
I wish they had longer support hours. Customer support is only available during regular working hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET), and as a homeschool mom who usually does email stuff after the family has retired for the evening, it would be really nice to have support available in the evenings (even if it was up to 7 or 8 p.m.). There is a lot of documentation on their website, as well as videos, so it's possible that for the most part I may be able to figure stuff out on my own. I'd just like to have the assurance that there is someone available in case I got in over my head.
On the other hand, I called the support phone number one day, and was very surprised and pleased to have the Founder and CEO take my call. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing that he does, but being able to talk with Phil was a delight, and I was able to talk with him about a particular question and issue that I had. I believe they will be working on a solution, and I am looking forward to that. In the meantime, he was able to give me a short-term workaround.
I've also checked out their pricing structure, and although I love LTDs like every other Sumoling, I was pleased to notice that if/when I ever need to jump to a subscription, their rates are comparable to other autoresponders.
I don't blog regularly, but I do want to change that, so the blog update feature will be very useful for that, I'm sure. I may also be starting a podcast soon, so I will be checking into the features that FB has for this as well.
In general, I am pleased with this deal, and I plan to upgrade the tier I have before the deal ends.

Thank you for your review! It was fun chatting with you. Normally I don't cover support unless we're short-staffed, but doing so when we need the extra hands certainly keeps it real for me. We are adding support staff too :)
I do think at some point we'll extend our live support hours; the majority of our business is still US eastern and central at the moment. At some point, we will, I'm sure of it.
