Feed Guardians has been a solid addition to our workflow. It automatically responds to comments and messages in a way that actually sounds natural, not robotic. The biggest win for us is catching leads we would’ve missed and keeping conversations going even when we’re busy.

One feature I didn’t think much about at first was the auto-DM add-on—but once we started using it, it quickly became one of the most powerful parts of the tool. It opens up conversations instantly and turns simple interactions into real opportunities.

I also had a feature question and reached out to Lenart—he responded in under 10 minutes. Turns out the feature was already there, I had just missed it. That kind of support is rare and makes a big difference.

Setup was straightforward, and once it’s running, it just works in the background. If you rely on social media for leads, this is an easy win.

I really like this tool! It works great. I am on the highest tier and love the smartDM tool, however I would love to see the possibility to create a chat flow, so it is not just sending a one time message. Then this would be the better Manychat!
The main feature of guardianing the feeds works flawlessly in my opinion. I think you will sell much more max tiers if the smartDM feature is a little more powerful.

I think it's a good product, it just has a few bugs, but nothing serious... 1. The Comments and Messages tabs sometimes show notifications (with numbers) even when the tray is already empty. 2. If you create workspaces and give another user access, they can only see accounts if they are in the main workspace, not in a secondary one. 3. There is no direct option to delete a comment, only to hide it. 4. If you add channels, you cannot delete them, only archive them, and then out of nowhere they are reactivated without authorization or without the user doing anything (which is a bit annoying). 5. The @username mention does not appear in replies to Facebook users; instead, the reply message appears clean, and this sometimes means that the user does not receive notification that they have been replied to.

Overall, I think it's a good tool that can certainly be improved, but for its price, configuration options, and performance, I think it's very good. I give it an 8 out of 10 for the aforementioned errors.

The amount of spam and bot comments we used to get was insane, people posting scam links, fake travel deals, all kinds of rubbish right under our paid posts. It was killing our credibility.

A friend who runs an ecommerce brand told us about FeedGuardians and we signed up that same week. Honestly the difference was immediate. Comment sections went from looking like a scam page to actually having real conversations with potential customers.

The AI replies are surprisingly good too, people ask things like "how much is the cycling trip?" and it handles it before we even see the comment.

We've closed bookings directly from ad comments now which never happened before.

FeedGuardians is a solid addition to our workflow. The interface is clean, the setup takes less than 5 minutes, and it works exactly as promised. If you have a high volume of comments, this pays for itself pretty quickly. My only real tip is to make sure you actually put in the effort to fine-tune the AI. It takes a minute to get it sounding exactly like your brand voice, but once you have that dialed in, the whole thing basically runs on autopilot. Definitely a great tool for anyone tired of manual moderation.
