Almost perfect social management tool
I maxed out on codes and have been testing it all day. Everything works as it should and I am happy with all the features but one. I wonder why many haven't pointed this out but if you are going to have 500 social profiles or even 100, I am sure you'll use it for your clients.
I run a social media management company and giving clients access to approve posts or at least look at the schedule is essential. When you create a workspace and invite your client as a viewer, they receive an email, they sign up and once they access the platform it's not intuitive as to what they should look for. They immediately look at all the platform features and get on a free trial which is a bit confusing for them, when the 7 day free trial ends I am not sure what happens but can I see how it would be an unnecessary trouble for a client that just wants to see what's going to get posted on their socials.
It would be great if there was another role like client role or something that would minimize the platform features such as create a post, compose, add social accounts, the feedhive chat and all the unnecessary squares in the dashboard asking what type of creator are you. Remember, the admins know their way around websites but a lot of customers don't and it would be ideal if they could accept the invite and be able to look at Schedule, posts and analytics only. There's no need to have the account they were invited to and also the personal account feedhive creates. Again, it's confusing, all 3 customers I enrolled kept saying there are no posts on the calendar and that's because they were looking at their personal account instead of the one we invited them to.
It would also be amazing if there was a way to personalize the platform a little, I am not asking for full white label but maybe just CNAME and block the personal account creation, that way when they login they will see their logo (from workspace). That will make it more personable and inviting.
If feedhive is a platform focused on agencies adding multiple social accounts, this is a must in my opinion. Other than that, it's an amazing tool and this could get implemented I can see how a bunch of social media agencies and creators would switch to Feedhive.
