Q: I bought Tier 5 but may REFUND if not fix - The collect Leads show only 200,000 in the Account ?
Hello Chika ...first all the COLLECT LEADS for Tier 5 is supposed to be 1000,000 in my account but showing only 200,000. I guess something is wrong.
2. The leads: Increased by 200%, Guides: Increased by 300%, and Pages: Which increased by 300% are not reflected anywhere. Nothing has increased showing in the accounts as promised
I have to refund my $600 within few hours if this is not corrected. Though we have tested this we have high hope in the feedplay. PLEASE FIX BEFORE WE REFUND.

Your clients do get access to all features, but they’ll draw on the credits and limits you allocate. In other words, these deduct from your main account rather than each subaccount having its own completely separate limits. Hope this clarifies things!
I see the transcripts. Can we edit them in the system? I don’t want the entire audio considered by the ai. It would be good if I could cut the text in the app. Possible?
A: Yes, you can edit your transcribed text directly in FeedPlay—like deleting specific words or phrases. If you only want to use a portion of an audio file, simply upload it as a long audio and choose the start and end times during import. That way, only the selected segment becomes part of your project. You can also break a long file into smaller chapters. It’s a handy way to repurpose specific sections without transcribing the entire file.

Q: Very Low limits
There is no point in having 20 reseller accounts if the limits are extremely low.
Or does each Subaccount have its own separate limits?
