William 2 things.

1.) I purchased this deal and was told that I could not get a 30 day money back from my recent purchase I made directly from the site (still talking with support) but here is the Just: Based on our refund policy, after purchase, if there is no technical issue with the program, a refund is not accepted because we've offered free trial version for all users to try out before purchase.

2. If I put 1 license on Mac and 1 on windows, Will my saved project files from 1 version be compatible to upload on the other?

Example I save files in the cloud. If I start a project in windows and decide to travel with my macbook can I load files & keep working of the project?

No dice on 30 day deal. I like the deal but support is less desired this is the response I received.
