Not exactly. You can use the business effect set for commercial purpose because there is no music and sound in this set.
The only thing you can't use for commercial purpose is the built-in music and sound inside of the software and provided in the effects store. Except the music and sound, you can use all the other effects such as overlay, filter, element, text, transition for business activity because you purchase the business license from this deal.

No. Even if you paid extra $9.99 for the subscription, you can't use the music for commercial use etheir due to the license policy of our music suppliers.
The subscription to the effects store won't affect whether you are able to use the video for commercial purpose. It is the license of the software, the business license we sold in thie deal. However, even if you have the business license, the music is not allowed for commercial purpose. So you can use your own music or the royalty free music.

In most cases, if you have the business license, you can create videos with Filmora for commercial use. However, there is only one case, if you add some built-in music or sound into your video while you are creating it, even though you have the commercial license, you still can't use the videos for business activity. In a word, the built-in music and sound can't be used for commercial activity under any condition.
