account where I had trialed Filmstro from a previous purchase, however, it's showing 2 of the same licenses, but says pro is not available. Just shows 2 Youtube licenses in my account redeemed. Can you kindly fix this issue for me? I have reached out to support already. I want to avoid refunding because I want to keep the software. thank you
