I've barely explored Filmstro so far but I don't need to spend much time with it to see that in terms of value it is easily 5 Tacos.

The music library is currently rather small (helped though by the customization ability) and not on the same level in terms or quality compared to the big players in royalty free music. But the music is still good, especially if you take the time to customize it to match your content. Their software is a bit clunky and needs some improvement though to make that a bit easier.

But again for the value and ability to customize the tracks this is one of my favorite AppSumo purchases and I've been here since 2013. A big plus for me is their license seems less restrictive than their competition. For example in addition to video, I'm interested in using their music in a game. With the competition there are so many do's and don'ts to look out for in terms of licensing, and a lot of the rules aren't clearly described so it can be a hassle to figure out what you can do with the music. But Filmstro has been very responsive and helpful over e-mail and unlike the competition it seems their license is a lot simpler, so I can focus on creating some engaging content utilizing their tracks and not worry as much about all the licensing complexity.

I look forward to Filmstro expanding their music library and making improvements to their software. But this is one of the deals I know from day 1 I'm going to to be able to hit the ground running with it and get my money's worth right away.
