As an avid AS shopper, I have seen many audio libraries come and go - and I recall not even batting an eye when I first saw this on the market. I mean, i have about 5 already.. I have enough music to last awhile..
I was actually down a rabbit hole on Reddit when someone mentioned Filmstro and their mixing tool, and it rang a bell for me. With 60 day return and nothing to lose, I gave it a punt.
If anyone who uses video knows, looking for the right music takes time.. and then you need to cut the music off, or find a song the same length as your clip, which limits your choices... Not with Filmstro - their audio mixing is a game changer - not only you feel like a production master which blending in the track LIVE as you watch the clip, the results are amazing.
With just under 40,000 regular monthly users to their site, this is no flash in the pan - and they have been going a number of years.
With that said, it does have some draw backs - I did not like that i needed to download the audio to preview it while in the mixer, and library is a little small, though I imagine they need bespoke tracks to allow you to mix the elements, so that could be why.
With that all said and done, happy I did not miss out on this gem, and is now my new Goto audio library whenever I need one, any excuse to let me feel like a master DJ - its simply fun yet effective. Also the pro plan, 2 stack, allows you to use the audio pretty much anywhere - which I something the other AS offers do not cover.
