I've tried to connect my data using Google Sheets and get a message that "Data is not enough. We need 12 months of Cash Flow". My cash flow sheet has 14 months of data in it. I also used the Sheet templates referenced in the onboarding.

I emailed support last week and also called last week, but no answer. I called again today and left a message on VM.

What can I do to get this product to work?
