I purchased this without doing much research as theirs a refund policy. When i asked them about it it became evident a lot of the information was missleading, eg credits are deducted even when email does not work which happens about 30% of the time (when the tool did work that is!)

Ive tried emailing them, using incognito windows and vpns to message them through their live chat as live chat was removed off my account after about a week but still noting! Ive waited months to hear back from them but ive just been ignored so im writing this review to tell you my bad expierence.
