Though the tool seems to be relatively ok, my main two issues are how the credits are charge and the limitations on the Prospector tool.

Credits:
You're charged even if there are no results for that search.

They say that the reason for this is because they go through a number of data points to verify the search. My thinking is if the search is no good it's no good. So how is it even able to reach all data points if there are nothing to verify as opposed to being a bad email? 🤔
Secondly, if you want a bulk list, you will be charged one credit for every 10 results (and if I'm not mistaken additional credit for verifications etc.)
It may be me but it seems a bit pricey in my opinion given limited value.

The Prospector
Isn't good for local searches and has limited title selections, for example Owner is missing from the list.
I searched a list category that should've given me thousands of results but only gave me three, wow!

For me I really hope they fix these issues so it could be of better value. In the meantime, I'll keep mine with the hopes it'll improve quality assurance.
