Why are many menus missing such as Ai Writer, Brand Voice, Backlink? I used to buy a menu deal and it had more functions and a support team to answer questions. Until now, I opened a ticket and it has been over a month and there is no response and no support.
They closed the project - I got in when they had the AI Writer - it was amazing, was able to write insanely good content with CTAs etc, the only reason I would have kept using it... 2 days later, option disabled and now they're refunding anyone.
Yes, it's amazing, but can a regular monthly plan still use all the features?

I signed up for at trial on this product. The first day it seemed fine but the second day they removed the ai article writer. I then made a new trial account and there was no article writer. I wrote the company but no aswers. So I do not dare to buy it here on Appsumo because its seems very strange behavior. Its actually too bad because their article writer was maybe the best I ever tried.

We are currently doing a major shift in the positioning of our Company towards AI Search. The functions are not included anymore in a normal trial via our Website, BUT ARE STILL working for AppSumo Users. They will be displayed therefore only for Active Sumo Subscriptions.
Projects is currently only working with Onpage Check and & AI Rank Tracker, not for the Article Writer! You still can generate any Article tho for any topic, but for example Wordpress & Webflow Integration will only work for one Account for now.
The ai writer is not included in an Active Sumo Subscriptions. IT'S GONE AS WELL FROM THE MENU...
Q: Is this product still in development and support provided?
I notice that not many questions have been asked by AppSumo users but not answered for several days. Is this product still getting developed? Does it have a roadmap or changelog?
Hey Guys, the product looks great. The main things I'm finding I don't get are first, how many projects/clients are included in tier 4?
Second, do all of the credits reset monthly? Or are some monthly and some not? If they don't ALL reset monthly, then please bullet point which are monthly and which are NOT monthly.
