Q: Follow Up
Im really intrigued by Finseo but concerned about the lack of support and follow thru. The last response from yall in the comment section was almost 2 weeks ago. You said you were going to publish a credit cost table too. Is that available yet?

Jun 27, 2025A: Hi sorry for the late reply. Our Team was on a Business Exhibition for the past days, which was very important for the Future of Finseo and the Product.
We are currently trying to get away from the Credit System, as we see that People are just confused and we try to implement a Fair Use Model. Therefore it does not make that much sense to publish the credit table now, as it is probably deprecated in a few days.
There is a lot going on right now, as we also got attention by many Big Enterprise Brands now. We give our best to fit our AppSumo Customers into our new Model but this takes time as it's quite a headache to make those major changes and still align with AppSumos Policies here which can sadly give you a bad experience like right now.
Nevertheless I appreciate your Feedback so much right now, the insights were crazy - hit me up on LinkedIn if you want, I'll try to answer there ASAP.
But I can promise there will be a warm spot for you early supporters in Finseo's future :)

I’ve been trying to reach support for the past 4 days, but haven’t received any response. It’s really disappointing.

Congrats on attracting big enterprise brands. That's exciting. I agree the credit system is confusing, especially when there is no a clear table of what each action costs. We need to know what each tier is giving us though so if credits are being replaced with a new system, will you please break that down for us on Appsumo. There are quite a few people asking.
