Q: Questions About the Data, Product & Limits
What are credits and how are they used/allocated/consumed?
Where does your data come from for: Keywords (volume & comp), Backlinks, DA/DR scores
What LLMs do you use for content & can we BYOK? Can we train the AI on specific rules for individual clients? Ex: Words/phrases to avoid, tone, core values, target audience, our services, etc.
How many credits are included for the Geogrid heatmaps? I'm assuming that's the "100 global summaries" thing - but is it 100 regardless of grid size and point spacing (Ex: can I run a 13x13 Geo-grid with 0.5 mile spacing 100 times in a month on tier 4)?
FYI some of the reviews on your home page are for Learn Smart, CyberShield, Design Pro, LogiTech, & other companies that definitely aren't yours lol. I'd probably look into that.

Jun 13, 2025A: Hi :) Credits are used for some tools that require AI/API Calls (Data is coming from Dataforseo / Google Ads API), but you are right - we will create a roadmap page and also a credit cost page today! But for example on the tier 4 you could run the Geogrid Heatmap at a 10x10 Grid about 200 times a month.
BYOK is a great idea! I will add this to our Roadmap List. We have a "Brand Voice" Section, there you can device the tone of voice used, bring in information, your services and also phrases to avoid.

For Content currently is OpenAI GPT 4.1is in use, but yes we are trying as fast as we can to get a Model Dropdown integrated, so you can choose your own :) - to be honest BYOK maybe in one Month? I think we have to be 100% sure that your keys are save here and encrypted. Maximum spacing is actually not defined, you define the spacing by zooming in or out on the Map this will set the Points
