How long does it typically take the support team to respond to questions/issues?

How long does it typically take the support team to respond to questions/issues? I can't get Fintable setup (it says my email is not verified but it is, so I can't connect Airtable) and now it's also disconnecting all the bank connections I set up. Have send my screenshots & details to support but zero response.
