Q: 🤠Howdy Sumo-lings, 👋 It’s an absolute pleasure to meet you!

My name is Robert Hutter, Founder, and CEO of 🔥FireStart 🔥 a no-code Business Process Automation platform to build powerful cross-team & cross-tool workflows. 🚀

🔥FireStart is made with love in Austria ❤️ 🇦🇹 and was created to empower people and technology to #PerformAsOne. We believe that operational excellence is not just a matter of well-designed, automated workflows but first and foremost about how well PEOPLE & TOOLS 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 🔧 interact with each other. We are all about making sure that people and tools can work together in each business process towards a common goal.

📈As organizations grow, streamlining operations becomes more and more important. Business processes are at the core of this; they are the lifeblood of any company because there’s a process behind everything an organization does. From planning, buying, hiring, producing, selling, shipping, and so on. When these processes run better, your business runs better!

⏩ Building and automating processes should not be hard, in fact, we believe it MUST be simple. And fast! That is why we built FireStart Cloud. We wanted a tool that simplifies the automation of processes without depending on IT. We built a no-code drag and drop builder where users can design and automate their workflows in just a couple of minutes ⏱️ 👌🏽 without the hassle of first watching a couple of tutorials on how to do this.

Let me give you a super-quick intro to what FireStart does:

✅ Model your business process with our intuitive no-code builder.

🔷 Gateways in your process can either be parallel or inclusive (either one way or the other) with set conditions to suit your individual workflow.

📝 Create custom forms to capture data from your users, customers, suppliers, etc. And even embed your forms everywhere!

⚡ Once the form is submitted, the workflow is triggered and starts to run. It’s executed step-by-step so nothing falls through the net. In the workflow overview, you can see all the workflows that are running and where they are at the moment.

▶Expert tip 😊: You can create dynamic workflow names for your process – e.g. pull the first name and last name fields from the form into the workflow name. This way each workflow has a unique name and you can clearly distinguish them in the overview. Check out the gear icon next to the process name to configure this. ◀

👔 In the tasks tab, users can claim manual tasks. We intentionally built our tasks to be assigned to roles and not specific users to avoid tasks getting lost when a team member is out-of-office. You can define roles however you wish, but teams or departments make most sense.

👤 You can send manual tasks with due dates to a group of internal users or assign tasks externally via email.

📧 Speaking of email: you can send automatic emails to users. You’ll find this email activity in the Integrations tab.
