Shame about lack of support

This has promise (aside from the high-ish LTD price compared to others).

The bigger issue for me is that when I ran into a bug in their sign-up page, and required help. There has been zero response from several days of attempted contacts via their onsite chat and email.

More and more, LTDs are launching and folding within months (meaning your gamble on these products is lost money). Lack of support early is an indicator that the platform is not well set up, supported, and prone to die early. I am not confident that this product will stick around.

In a Drought of Quality, This is a FireStart-er

There were a number of similar tools that were offered here not that long ago, however, the two options I can recall off the top of my head were very, very poor. The deals were about all they had going for them, but the back-end and the execution were...a nightmare.

As per usual, good things come to those who wait. If you don't settle for mediocrity, AppSumo is sure to come good with one of their future deals in that same space, and here it is!

I would say it's "simple and easy" to get started, and it more or less is, however, if you have only two brain cells, like myself, you will find yourself making revision after revision as you learn about the product - and that's totally okay! Just make sure whenever you update your form, you're updating it in the process as well.

Overall, it's simple (once you get the hang of it) to create a form and a process to begin automating certain workflows.

Here is an example I made for all of you peasants, I uhhhh, I mean fellow Sumolings...

The reason I'm giving this 4 tacos is because I think for $99 for Tier 1, this is an expensive deal and I could be wrong, but I don't see any of the limits in their pricing on their site that are set forth here. I understand *some limits* have to be put in place, but...they seem low given how expensive the buy-in is. I am not going to go so far as to call this an expensive lead gen deal, but given how powerful it is and how many use cases I could easily come up with, I can imagine others will balk at this current deal. It's expensive for the low limits of Tier 1 and Tier 3 is expensive with really not much of a bump. My recommendation would be to keep Tier 1 the way it is, move the Tier 3 limits to Tier 2, and make Tier 3 unlimited. Once again, unless I'm missing something major on the FireStart site, I don't see any limits on the site, outside of price per user, and so for that fact, it feels the fire has been doused a little...

The quality is there. I think Suomlings will be happy with the product. I just don't know if they are going to be happy with the pricing.

For all my admirers, I may or may not accept/reject all of your requests depending on your responses, but at least you get a taste of the product.
