Q: Hello, what is the process for adding more admins?
I would like to have 30-50 to give my business room to grow, I want to avoid subscriptions for additional admins. When one admin is deactivated, will it free-up that admin spot? just to confirm, an admin is anyone who can work within the platform at different tiers of access?
We are looking for something that will help us with recruitment but also for current employees. want to have them log in, provide the information, and legal docs, and upload them. Will firmbee be able to do this?
We have 170 employees and might have more in the future. We'd like to create and have all of this plus intrigue by the inventory and other aspects of management. We are food & drinks industry. Firmbee looks great, I just don't want to get burned.

A: Hi, thanks for your question. You can use Firmbee for both: recruitments and then managing your employees (checking work times, counting employee costs, uploading documents, and so on). We are working on more and more features in this area.
The number of employees (+170) shouldn't be an obstacle. We personally have 200 employees and use Firmbee internally.
Why even call it all in one tool when you don't have Designer Proposals and Contracts as part of the tool. These are one of the most basic modules to run a business! Without Proposals, difficult to convert a client. Without Contracts, how can their be an agreement of the business and scope of work? And they aren't in your road map either!

Hi Pawlowski. Thanks for a prompt response. When I say Proposals, I guess the best example would be - Better Proposals & Agiled. A quick google shall be sufficient to set my expectations right.
