Q: Sustainability and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
I have a question about your approach to MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and overall business sustainability.
I noticed on your main website that you offer one-time pricing of $249 for a single book and $489 for three books. These are not small fees, and I didn’t see any recurring revenue model in place.
How are your monthly sales performing, and do you feel your current pricing and business model are attracting enough buyers?
I genuinely want to see your company succeed, so I’m curious if these price points are working as intended.
Thank you

Mar 24, 2025A: Hi there,
Thanks for your thoughtful question — it’s great to hear you’re rooting for us, and we truly appreciate your support.
Our focus right now is on offering high-value, one-time pricing that gives customers a clear and simple path to creating their business book without ongoing costs. While we don’t currently have a monthly recurring revenue model, we are actively exploring new options that could offer more flexibility — including subscription-based plans.
We’ve seen strong traction with our current pricing, especially given that a full book normally costs $249 and a blueprint $99. Many customers appreciate getting everything they need in one purchase, but we’re always listening and evolving based on feedback like yours.
Feel free to reach out anytime at hello@firstbook.ai — we’d love to hear any ideas or suggestions you have.
Best regards,
Casper
