Q: Why one would need a Blueprint?? What is the advantage over a full book?

Hey
You mention in one of the questions below: "Please note that once you’ve chosen a blueprint, it can’t be converted into a full book."
This statement makes me wonder what excactly is the difference between: Blueprint and a full book?
Why one would need a Blueprint?? What is the advantage over a full book?

A: Hi Stathis,

Thank you for your question!

The Blueprint and the Full Book are designed to serve different needs, depending on how hands-on you’d like to be in the writing process.

The Blueprint provides you with creative prompts, tips, and draft openings for each chapter. It’s a framework that guides your writing while leaving room for your own creativity and unique voice. This is ideal if:
- You enjoy writing and want to shape the story yourself.
- You’re looking for inspiration or structure to help you get started.
- You prefer flexibility to explore different directions as you write.

The Full Book, on the other hand, generates an entire draft for you, with all chapters fully written. It’s perfect if:
- You want a complete manuscript ready to edit and refine.
- You’re short on time or prefer to skip the initial writing process.
- You’d rather focus on polishing the content than creating it from scratch.

Both options are exported as Word or Google Docs files, allowing you to edit and customize them freely. However, it’s important to note that a Blueprint can’t be converted into a Full Book later, as they are fundamentally different in how they’re created and used.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask - I’m happy to help!

Hi lucas, thanks for this -- if a book creates typically 150-200 pages, how many pages would be created in a blueprint?
