You merge my two separate appsumo accounts purchases, why did you do that, now your ignoring my emails to resolve this issue and my second account page with my lifeitme plan is not loading

We recently upgraded our servers and, as part of that process, some accounts were merged automatically if they were connected to the same email. That’s why you’re seeing your AppSumo purchases combined. But no credits have been withdrawn.

We definitely don’t ignore emails - so if something slipped through, let us know and we’ll get it fixed.
