So just to preface, I am a big tech person. I like to say I see opportunity in offers like this in order to further my understanding and as a useful tool. I found both. Not only does it provide a fully written and well crafted book, but it takes into consideration tone, details, and development from one chapter to the next. Of course it's good to proofread, but with this you don't have to worry about outlandish issues. I also appreciate the simplicity. If you wanted something that was difficult, then you could just write a full book yourself. This gives you a quick solution to publish with a peace of mind that it'll be done correctly and with precision. I haven't had to address specific issues because of how well it works so I can't say for sure how the support team operates, but if it's anything like the app you should have no issues. Also depending on the type of book you'd like from this, you may want to make sure you are properly prompting as well. AI is prone to variability and the more specific you want it, the more specific your prompting should be.
