Inexistent Support

The app has potential but the support is inexistent. After 4 chats and 1 email without response within 2 weeks, is a lost cause for me.

Doesn't support some major US brokers

I use two of the most popular and ranked highest brokers in the United States. Unfortunately this software does not have auto-sync for these so I was unable to even use the software.

Manually adding in the trades especially for day traders is just not going to happen. Even getting exports of trades to csv then having to format that csv to import is a huge amount of effort and not worth it.

There are lots of other more refined and developed trading journals out there and it would take a very long time for fixytrade to get into a comparable state.

I contacted support and was told there was no estimation time for support and I had to vote to get support for literally two of the largest US brokers...come on.

Leaving 3 stars instead of 1 because it might actually work for other people who don't use common US based brokers.

Sadly had to refund and really wanted to find a good LTD replacement.

Early Beta with promise once automatic sync is supported

FixyTrade is in early Beta. At best. While I like the idea and concept I'm wondering whether I'm not duplicating things and if other services in my toolbox are already keeping score of my trading activity. I'm giving FixyTrade a run around the block for the next weeks to assess the added value.

Early impressions are mixed:
+ Most integrations require manual entry (NO THANKS!) or CSV import. Reading the manual I'm already foreseeing too much work involved to get the various CSV files adjusted to FixyTrade's requirement. I tried Coinbase and struggled to reformat the timestamp and figure out how to tell FixyTrade that staking isn't the same as buying, and that those occasional airdrops don't cost a cent. It takes up too much time to do this. Kraken was also a mixed success, as was IBKR.
+ Some exchanges I'm using aren't on the list (yet), namely Blockchain (crypto exchange) and comdirect (brokerage account).
+ Layout is a bit of a mixed bag. As I wasn't able to import my own data, I'm playing around with the demo data, which is helpful. The layout needs work. There's too much information at times, for example, under the advanced stats.
+ I don't like upselling in LTDs on AppSumo and it kinda rubs me the wrong way to see the FixyTrade Academy in my sidebar, which isn't included in the plan on offer.

Nice work!

Alexandre, this is Sean with Tykr! Nice work on FixyTrade. I'm not a day trader but I love your user interface and charts. I also like the links to the academy (courses). Very well organized.

Keep up the great work!

Also, I'm going to email you through your contact form and see if you want to be a guest on our podcast. You could share your background and why you created this platform.

Take care!

Great solution to keeping track of stock purchases

This seems to be a great way of keeping track of portfolios. Support have been very speedy and helpful. I am waiting for the Interactive Broker API integration before using.
