I need to manage the CRM of several different brands with my users (teammates) having access to only the brand they work on. For example, I want a a CRM for dogtreats.com and a CRM for cattoys.com, with 2 VA's working on dogtreats (and never seeing the cattoys data) and 6 different teammates working on cattoys (and not being able to see the CRM data for dogtreats.)
Could I buy one Tier 2 offering and manage both brands from a single dashboard (with granular team permissioning possible) or will I need to buy a separate deal for each brand and sign up with separate emails?
Basically, Our system is very genuine, So everything is doable as long as Beneficial.
from my Perspective, I see that our Containers ( Folders ) List and Contacts Module, Can Fit in that, So that every Single Company/website Can Take One, and you view them in your Dashboard, Also DATA is Separated and un-seen by One another. Let's Have an Online Meeting to check your Needs and...
I’m looking to get the tier 2 deal. And I also saw that in your feature request whatsapp api is current in progress. My business heavily relies on WhatsApp for lead filtering, sales and support. That being said, may I know if we have to make payment to WhatsApp directly for the api to be able to use it with your system? How do we go about this? Thanks!

A: Softphone is almost done on Android and very soon on IOS and web, it is ill allow you to call anywhere in the world via Twilio ( I don't know if twilio provide local numbers in brazil or not)
For pably integration it is already in lrogress qnd it will be out of within this weeks
