Great Software and very easy to use the software.

Very neat to use, nice designs.

FlexClip’s recent remapping of lifetime tiers has resulted in the removal and reduction of benefits that were part of my original purchase. The comany replaced my tier with a different plan classification, calling it "remapping" which now excludes lifetime customers from receiving the enhancements that should have been applied to the original tier.

AppSumo lifetime deals legally require that customers retain:
• The exact features and limits originally sold
• Plus any enhancements made to that same tier over time
• Without downgrading, reclassification, or replacement

FlexClip’s remapping violates these requirements. After multiple attempts to resolve this through FlexClip, AppSumo, and Candy, I received only repeated remapping explanations and no restoration of my original entitlements. Lifetime deals should be honored as sold, regardless of whether enhancements are made. Remapping is not grandfathering, and customers should not lose value after the original purchase.

Vendors should not be able to reclassify, rename, or replace lifetime tiers to avoid honoring upgrades. Yet FlexClip is doing exactly that, and support continues to repeat the same remapping explanation instead of restoring the original tier. This behavior violates the terms of the lifetime deal and leaves customers with less than what they paid for, but nobody seems to care and passes the buck to avoid accountability!

I use FlexClip to showcase my own photo stills in a fun way with sound and cute animations. You can get up and running quickly using the templates, it's so easy to customise, import your images and the rendering is quick too (just confirming that my clips are short, less than 3 mins). Using the timeline editor, I can rearrange when the text comes in for my headings and captions, and it lets you see all the layers and their end points which you can drag to adjust. The stock media are handy, for instance, if you have a theme for school, you can find a stock photo of crayons and something nice to use in the background while your actual photos overlay at the top. The sound library is also good to find a suitable sound track and not worry about accreditation. All in all, I love this product. It's quick and easy to use.

I have been using FlexClip since a while now. I have tried a lot of high quality video editors. And I must say it's an amaying user-friendly tool with all you need. I really love the TimeLine-Editing features where you can add diffrent things such as Text, Images and other sources, u can exactly edit frame by frame and make high quality videos. Besides that it has a really big Media Stock liberary where to you can add templetes for Text, Images, PNGs, Videos. Furthger more it has a lot of amazing Ai features, where you can add your logos/Images on templetes. The best part is, it is all online, and the media you use is in the cloud for other projects. Its really amazing video editor with alot of features and much more possibilities, really recommend it!
