It would have been great if your team created simple how to videos before launching. It doesn' need to be polished, and it could be done in 10 minutes. If you don't have documentation for various scenarious like my example, and support is getting overwhelmed, then you will find customers get frustrated and start to consider refunding.

The product obviously has potential. So, I would like to give it a proper try before I consider refunding. But I can only do that if I know what I am doing, or if I get answers from support. I hope you can understand this and find it reasonable.
