Q: Hello, I have some questions below and will be grateful if you can answer them.

1. Can it translate a 3,500 word article into speech?

2. Can different speeds and tones be used while the AI voice is speaking, to make it sound more like a natural human voice?

3. How quickly do you reply to support questions raised on your website?

4. How long will it take to translate 1,000 and a 3,500 word article to speech, and how much credits will it use?

5. When text has been translated to audio, is it possible to make edits to it without using credits?

6. When searching for a voice to use, will it consume any credits?

7. Do the credits restart each month?

8. Do you provide videos or is it only still images only to support the text?

9. How does your software differ from Invideo.io?

10. I'm aware that credits are used to translate text to audio, but why does it also use more credits to download the video? This isn't good and could prevent me from purchasing the software, because credits will run out fast, especially if it uses credits for re-editing. Invideo does not have this problem.

Regards
Paul

Hey Paul,

1. Can it translate a 3,500 word article into speech?
> A 3,500 word article roughly translates to 20 mins video/audio, we currently only support a max length of 10 mins or 1,800 words.

2. Can different speeds and tones be used while the AI voice is speaking, to make it sound more like a natural human voice?
> Yes, you can add pauses, change pitch and rate of any text.
https://fliki.ai/resources#pitch-and-rate

3. How quickly do you reply to support questions raised on your website?
> We are very active when it comes to support but in certain cases if we are overwhelmed you will still get a reply within 6hrs.

4. How long will it take to translate 1,000 and a 3,500 word article to speech, and how much credits will it use?
> Hey it takes a few seconds to convert the entire text into audio/speech.
A 1000 word article takes about 7 mins of credits.

5. When text has been translated to audio, is it possible to make edits to it without using credits?
> Fliki re-process the text if you make edits, but the best part is you can split your text in different sections and it only charges credits for the edited section.

6. When searching for a voice to use, will it consume any credits?
> Yes if you happen to change the voice it will have to reprocess the section and it will deduct credits.
You can learn how credits work here: https://fliki.ai/resources#credits

7. Do the credits restart each month?
> Yes credits will be reset every month ie; 30 days from day of activation.

8. Do you provide videos or is it only still images only to support the text?
> We provide both video clips and images that can be added.

9. How does your software differ from Invideo.io?
> We have not yet compared the tools you can give both of them a try, Fliki has a free plan to start with.

10. I'm aware that credits are used to translate text to audio, but why does it also use more credits to download the video? This isn't good and could prevent me from purchasing the software, because credits will run out fast, especially if it uses credits for re-editing. Invideo does not have this problem.
> We are trying to optimize this, but right now Fliki uses state of the art AI to create the audio, in order to make sure we are sustainable we have to charge credits.

Hello Sabir,

Thanks for your reply. When videos are created in Flliki, it shows text in the middle of the screen, which makes it difficult to see a persons face. Can text be removed from all videos, and still retain speech?
