Appsumo has gone after these fly by night AI products who clearly have no idea how to charge and make it feasible for continued use. The 3 month refund is pretty much useless. My worst experience was with InsertChat - who had no support system from the beginning and now, lol - you will never get a response for support. They took aware promises that were advertised and we have no recurse. Fliki decided to not give us the updates and instead want more money. Insight.io wants money for BYOK that should be included in the highest tier I bought. By far these past 2 years, I have lost more money buying LTDs than I have received in any sort of productivity or sale. Appsumo must retain and offer us US address and name of a representative who sells a product. Companies with no standing in US/EU must be vetted extra. And we need to sue fraudsters.
