My favorite thing about the Libby app for reading magazines is that it includes an "ARTICLE" view where you can get the best reading experience with each article, and even choose to browse the entire magazine an article at a time in this mode.
The choice to read in magazine-view mode or article mode is everything!

The commercial use relates to our assets/brand/example flip books etc. You are of course free to use the platform itself for commercial use by uploading your own PDFs and distributing them however you need.
The fair usage is a soft cap. Following on from the line you quoted we go on to say "If you do need more books please...
That clears things up for me perfectly. I do appreciate you explaining how the commercial use works and the details about the soft cap. It’s rather reassuring to know that if I ever need more than 999 books, I can simply reach out and you’ll increase the limit without any fuss. (which may take many many many years)
Q: What is email capture in tier 3? Meaning how is it used within a booklet?
