Q: 1) If translating to another language does that also deduct from the characters per/month?
2) Any chance of an extra Tier between Tier 1 and 2?
The current 2 Tiers have a large gap considering the amount characters and minutes of notes.

1. Yes, since this involves manipulation with characters, the system also deducts characters from the limits for such actions.
2. Thank you for your feedback. We've received multiple suggestions regarding adding a new tier, and it's likely that we will introduce a medium tier in our next lifetime deal offering. Additionally, I'd like to emphasize that the current lifetime deal limits are replenished monthly. For instance, if you use Tier 1 for 2 months, you won't just have 150 minutes, but you'll have a total of 300 minutes and 100,000 characters. Similarly, for Tier 2, you'll have over 2,000 minutes and 1.5 million characters over 3 months.

Every month, the same number is added to the limits. For example, on Tier 1, in the first month you have 150 minutes and 50,000 characters, and in the second month you will have a total of plus 150 minutes and 50,000 characters, and so on. Of course, these are total limits; when used during the first month, some or all of the limits will be used, but in the following month, the same numbers will be added on top.
Regarding the intermediate tariff, we are currently discussing its possible addition in the future.

A brief comment regarding my previous response. There have been some questions from readers about the limits and storage, so I’d like to provide a bit of clarification on this matter.
Yes, it is correct that the number of minutes replenishes each month. For example, if you have 150 minutes in the first month and another 150 in the second month, then by the end of the second month, you will have a total storage of 300 minutes.
We do not delete anything. Everything recorded in the first month will carry over to the second month, and the allowable limit for the current plan will be added on top.
