Q: Hi there.
1- I bought tier1 and considering upgrading because I already went through my minutes. I saw the additional tiers on your website but I don't understand how they work. What should I buy to get TierX1 or TierX2? If I use the upgrade option on Appsumo I get only the "Select Tier2" option. Please advise.
2- I like the product so far, the snippet approach is quite nice for recording thoughts one after the other, but if I get higher tier, I need to get some additional trust. Is your company solid? I see that there are several websites/apps doing something very similar. I'm not sure which provider you are using but they all charge for their service. Are you funded enough so that the service is sustainable? I could not find any info about your company.

1. Yes, you are correct, it is not possible to purchase additional minutes on AppSumo right now, as only two tariff plans are currently available on the site. However, we would be happy to discuss the possibility of separately purchasing the necessary number of minutes and characters (Tierx1 and Tierx2 are part of the possible options, depending on how many additional limits you need). 2. We understand your concerns, and as we are indeed a new company in the market, there is not much information about us online yet. However, you can be assured that we are reliable. The products that are selected for inclusion in the Select program by AppSumo, which we are part of, are checked to ensure that they are not ephemeral companies but have global plans for product development.
