Thank you for your feedback. We've actually received several comments about the need to increase limits, and it's likely that we will introduce a medium tier in our next LTD offering. I also want to highlight that the current LTD limits replenish monthly. For example, after using Tier 1 for 3 months, you won’t just have 150 minutes but will have accumulated 450 minutes and 150,000 characters. Meanwhile, after 3 months on Tier 2, you’ll have over 2,000 minutes and 1.5 million characters. We hope this clarifies things.

Like I said before we need better organization for the notes , are you planning on doing accounts , workspaces or something similar to have better control with the team ?

Since there were some misunderstandings about my previous response, here is some additional information. The number of minutes replenishes each month according to the plan you are using.
For instance, in the first month, you have 150 minutes, and in the second month, you have another 150 minutes. Therefore, by the end of the second month, you will have a total of 300 minutes available for storage.
We do not delete anything. All recorded snippets from the first month will remain saved, and each month, the allotted 150 new minutes will be added on top of the existing storage.
