Thank you for your feedback. User reviews are incredibly important to us as we strive to make Flipner even better. We are sorry that your experience with our system did not fully meet your expectations.

You correctly pointed out that our goal was to create a concept for working with snippets, as people often try to assemble a whole from smaller parts. Additionally, Flipner can rephrase audio and text snippets according to selected styles. It’s possible that during your test, you did not change the default style, which is why the system did not rewrite the text as you expected. Currently, we offer 10 built-in styles and plan to expand further.

Regarding limits, we would be very happy to discuss with you and each user individually the necessary number of minutes and characters to make working with the system comfortable. The tiers listed on AppSumo are not all the options we have. We are happy to be flexible to accommodate each user's needs.
