Q: Customer support is a joke!
Almost non existence! Bought a code activated it then tried to login few months later saying my account does not exist. Emailed support asked for help and provided my code then never ger back to me despite numerous attempt to contact them!
same thing happened. i activated one code. decided to go with it. activated the next two and didn't use it for awhile. the 2 extra codes didn't activate and they didn't respond for the longest time. (i figured this is during pandemic so okay, i'm patient) then they said i didn't redeem in time. basically took my money.
Q: Non-existent customer support!
I deleted my account weeks ago and am still being billed. I sent multiple emails to customer support at this point and was completely ignored... Will you please cancel my account and refund the charges on my credit card??
