Q: As a wedding photographer, my videos are mostly portraits in a slideshow to music and are generally very long (20+ minutes).

In testing the platform, there isn't an easy way to select a large number of images and have them placed in the timeline to do this.

Will there be the ability to create slideshow-like videos easily?

A: Hey Sean,

I just noticed I somehow missed your previous message, sorry for that we are a bit overwhelmed on all fronts :)

Selecting and adding more things at the same time in the timeline is something we want to build. As for the slideshow I think this takes a bit more planning. Would you like those images to automatically transition and do things? If yes, this is a feature we will add to the list and see community feedback before adding it to the development plan.

Thanks for getting back to me Paul.

From a development standpoint, I see it as simply creating a single slideshow option (template) for images, where all of the images are fed into the same layer, either a basic transition is applied or selected by the user and also you would be able to select the display time of each slide (image). Possibly a blank colored slide for intro and outro.

That's all that would be needed. A single template with a few adjustable variables and done.

Having this feature would help my workflow considerably. It would take my processing time down to a couple of minutes vs eating my PC resources for 40+ minutes of rendering.

Let me know what you think. This is the only thing keeping me from jumping in.

Thanks! ~Sean

Thanks a lot for the explanation Sean!
I fully get the pain point there, we will add it to the list but I can't promise anything.
