'4K UHD publishing on all plans is coming soon' this would be include in appsumo?

Customer support is a joke! Almost non existence! Bought a code activated it then tried to login few months later saying my account does not exist. Emailed support asked for help and provided my code then never ger back to me despite numerous attempt to contact them!
