Does the job but not without some hiccups

Been using this for the past two weeks and I must say it is a very well made solution for video editing. I recommend it to anyone who has a low level laptop and doesn't want to overload his device with installing a heavy video editing software. Video editing is very complicated but Flixier has a relatively simple interface and straight forward approach for anyone to learn and start editing. Of course there are many limitations but it's not a problem if you are looking for the standard basic video editing functions.

The problems come when your browser decided to give up and close itself. Then your work is lost. Flixier seems to have overcome the problem slightly but then you get some issues if there is some disconnection with your internet. You'll just have to be patient with how it works a bit. The worst frustration for far happens after editing a video (even a 2 minute video) some elements decide to become smaller (even after reviewing the whole thing) and then when you export you find out that your video is all messed up. Another attempt and Fitting things to canvas and resizing and trying to export it again and after a few failed attempts you will get a decent result.
Dragging elements can literally be a drag of an effort as nothing moves until you decide to keep at it. Copying elements or duplicating them sometimes doesn't work.

With all that said, I think I will still use Flixier as it does the job at the end. My hope is that they will eventually fix things and make it better or browsers will react better eventually with updates. All-in-all I would still recommend it for anyone with limited device resources and not wanting to install a whole video editing software which are usually heavy.
