Very impressed
This wasn't something I didn't even really know existed, but a very solid cloud based video editor. I'm impressed. Had a project I was working on where I needed to basically combine 6 videos from a GoPro and cut the slips and mix them up. On my desktop, I'd be fine to handle this locally, but I've got a MB Air, that is useless when it comes to editing video. But was able to do the entire project on my laptop. I must have had between 15-20 layers going at some points and didn't have any issue with this. The previewing is really snappy inside the app, I was expecting it to perform so well.
Things I love:
- When you're uploading files, it just does so in the background so you can continuing working on the project
- The speed is excellent
- Was very stable, didn't face any bugs.
Things I didn't like:
- Unless I'm missing something you can't drag and drop to reorder groups? Not sure if it's supposed to do this, but it wouldn't work for me. I had to great a new group at the top and then drag the individual layers into it to reorder.
- I'd like the ability to regroup or stitch together two clips or video and audio so that they move together.
But overall, completely blown happy. Happy that I can make edits like that now using my laptop.

May 9, 2024Thanks for the review Rick! I'm glad to hear you got to experience the speed of cloud computing :D
1. That group functionality is still in the works. You could hold CMD and click to select multiple things and move them around.
2. To stick things together you can right click on an empty space and select Ripple delete or Ripple collapse.
