Q: Hi, I see many questions about the number of users.
Frankly 20 is rather limiting. I wish you and your team could reconsider these limits.
That said, I want to understand if you have provision for guest users and if so please confirm if those would be unlimited? And if there is a provision for guest users, please also let us know the difference in term of what they are able to do, between the 20 regular users vs the guest users.

May 14, 2024A: Hi! Thank you for your feedback!
To clarify, you can add any number of users above the 20 included in tier 3 if you need. These extra users aren't included in the LTD. Please note we offer unlimited processes, instances, and storage in every tier. We are building relationships of several years with our customers, so it's almost impossible to offer a lifetime deal with unlimited users. Said that we take note and will think about a bigger tier and let you know.
There is no provision for guest users; they don't authenticate. A public form allows anyone with the link to complete it and start the process. Please see https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/public-form-allowing-external-participants-to-initiate-processes-71okqi/
Similarly, the external participant feature allows unauthenticated people to add information to running process instances. More info: https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/interacting-with-external-participants-1c7dbya/
I hope I was clear, but if not, drop us a line; we're happy to help :-)
Noted, and I certainly do not expect to have unlimited users. But I do feel the limits can be better or you can offer a higher tier with 50/100 users (just comparing to the other tool we are evaluating) ie, Breakout and Flowster. So please consider this very important request because with remote working and gig-economy where we rely on a lot of freelancers, hitting the 20 limit would be too easy for most small companies.
Hope for a positive response. We are a professional services firm and need at least 50 users.
